Most manufacturers recommend an oil and filter change every 250–500 operating hours, but that assumes moderate dust and temperature conditions.

Constant fine dust and sustained high ambient temperatures both count as 'severe service' conditions, which typically shortens the recommended interval.

Always replace the filter at the same time as the fluid — running old fluid through a fresh filter (or vice versa) wastes most of the benefit and can strain the hydraulic system.
